Eat less more often and take more exercise.
That's it, in a nut shell, that's all you need to do. Off course its much easier to say than do, it take discipline and willpower, but taking thing a day at a time makes it much easier.
Eat more regularly, the worst thing you can do when you want to lose weight is to cut down on the number of meals your eating. Try and eat between 5 and 6 meals a day. For example breakfast, do not skip breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day, you haven't eaten since the previous day so you body will be craving calories. Try and have a healthy breakfast, none sugar cereal, try porridge, some protein, eggs maybe and keep the calories to about 400-500.
Then at 11.00 have a coffee, some fruit,calories around 150-200, lunch time, another 400-500 calories, again try to avoid high sugar foods, they are your number one enemy.
4ish another snack of 150-200 calories and then you evening meal good mix of proteins, carbohydrates and fats again 400-500 calories. lastly at about 8 to 9 o'clock you can have a last snack of 150-200 calories.
So there you have a sensible eating plan, eating every 3-4 hours, getting between 1800 and 2100 calories per day, you'll not feel hungry and your body will start to turn into a fat burning machine.
