You've seen them on the TV, can't be that hard can it. Well why not buy a few and try them for yourself. Stuart Wadley is selling concrete stones from 100-150kg in 10kg increments and will be making 60-90kg in the near future for women, juniors, etc.

Prices are £150 for a stone, or £125 each if you buy 4 or more. Can also do logs, yokes, farmers walk handles, car deadlift stands, basque circle, etc. I've bought a full set for the gym and am very pleased with them.
