The New Year has been and gone, traditionally a time when people decide to make some changes to their bad habits. Looking to get into a fitness regime and don't know where to start. Come along to the club and on joining we will create your very own routine, based on your goals. So if your looking to lose weight before going on holiday this summer NOW is the time to start working towards that NEW look. NOT 3 weeks before you jet off. If you try and lose that extra weight just before you go, what's going to happen. You'll starve yourself for the last 3 weeks before going on holiday, you'll feel lousy, probably come down with a cold, you will lose some weight but it will be mostly water and so will go back on very quickly. Then you'll be miserable all holiday because you'll feel FAT. A little work starting NOW will make all the difference.
Or if your looking to fill out that t-shirt, that just now looks to be 2 sizes too big. Well time to get under that bar and lift some serious weight, because that's the only way your body is going to change. When I first started lifting weights (if you can call what I was lifting weight) I weighed 92lbs. That first year I grew like a weed, and put on 40lbs OF MUSCLE. Now I weigh 200lbs and am happy at that weight, I have been as heavy as 220lbs, but it is hard work keeping that much muscle fed every day. The thing is I'm in control of how I look and how heavy I am. If I want to lose weight I change my eating habits and training routine, if I want to gain weight, guess what, I change what I eat and the way I train.
Remember the first step is always the hardest, the first time you try anything new, it is difficult for the very reason that it is new to you. But if you don't take that first step then you'd better start getting used to your current shape as if your not going to do anything about it, things can only get WORSE.

*Discount Members can use the gym Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.00pm and Saturday and Sunday 9.00am to 1.00pm only.
**A one time fee to cover the cost of showing you how to use the equipment in the gym. Can also include a Free Starter Training Program.
